A month into the new year, how is everyone liking 2016? Just a few weeks ago, Megan and I stumbled upon some office space in Pasadena and like sharks we jumped at it. We slowly have been putting our homey touches on it and we even plan on placing a huge decal of our logo on one wall. But we simply can't contain our excitement of showing you the space.

Happy Holidays, everyone! Over here at Simply Print, we are wrapping up the year and getting ready to spend time with our loved ones. Just a friendly reminder, Simply Print will be closed for the holidays starting on Thursday, December 24th through to Friday, January 1st. The office opens and will resume regular business hours on Monday, January 4th.

We wish you all safe travels and good times, and we will see you next year! Thank you to all that have helped us in any way, whether be spreading the word, referring people to us, or using us for their design and printing needs. 2015 was a great launch year, so expect even greater things from us next year!

A couple weeks ago I shared my mood board for interior designer, Brianna Johnson. Well, we are currently in the final stages of finalizing her business cards and I thought it would be a good time to show more of my design process. Above are just a few of the many hand-lettered logos I made (the final logo is not shown here, but will be revealed soon) along with supplementary design elements that were not chosen, and on the bottom right is the finalized color scheme. I like to give clients a range that has been determined by the initial mood board, and from there I will refine what the client has chosen. These business cards are going to be totally bomb and I can't wait to show you the final result!

This week we met one girl from the Simply Print team, and today we saved the best for last, because this is the Girl Boss and Founder of Simply Print, Megan Fisk!
