I wanted to share the moodboard I created for Eloquent Woman, an online publication that is directed towards "the woman with style and grace, because beauty is more than skin deep." They contacted me to design the masthead for their magazine but it would also serve as a logo to have a cohesive online presence. Prior to my design, their website and previous issues had different looks. You can see the final logo below and utilized on their website. When discussing what they were looking for in their masthead, they came up with distinctive, elegant, bold and legible, and I think I was able to do just that.

A couple weeks ago I shared my mood board for interior designer, Brianna Johnson. Well, we are currently in the final stages of finalizing her business cards and I thought it would be a good time to show more of my design process. Above are just a few of the many hand-lettered logos I made (the final logo is not shown here, but will be revealed soon) along with supplementary design elements that were not chosen, and on the bottom right is the finalized color scheme. I like to give clients a range that has been determined by the initial mood board, and from there I will refine what the client has chosen. These business cards are going to be totally bomb and I can't wait to show you the final result!

We're currently working with interior designer, Brianna Johnson on getting herself branded and producing her some rad business cards. She wanted her look to be unique and bold, incorporate turquoise with pops of pink, but maintain a professional presence. We just finished her logotype, so I wanted to share one of the first stages in my design process, a sneak peak if you will. I can't wait to show you the finished business cards, but it is still in the works, so keep your eyes peeled for that.
