This week we met one girl from the Simply Print team, and today we saved the best for last, because this is the Girl Boss and Founder of Simply Print, Megan Fisk!

There are some pretty awesome wine bottle designs out there. I currently have an obsession with them, and can spend hours looking for cool labels. Unless I know that a certain wine is good or not, I'll usually purchase a bottle based on what the label looks like. So when we were slow on Friday afternoon, Tammy suggested I create my own wine label. I went with a wine I called "Fangirl", of course. I hand lettered the label and scanned it into Photoshop, and here we are. It was a quick, small little project, but I thought I'd share with you all!
Last week we launched the Simply Print Etsy Shop to list some of our more standard products for easy purchasing. The Watercolor Series is our first set of predesigned business cards. Once purchased, we will customize the file to reflect the buyer's information, and give them the print ready file. The files can be printed at home, or at any print shop (including us). Check them out, and keep an eye on our shop for more items.
SCRUBS is a group of philanthropists dedicated to safeguarding the future of health care in the Pasadena area through consistent annual contributions. At the end of this month, they are celebrating their 10th year of operations and Megan was contacted to design the event's invitation set which included a poster, reply card, reply envelope and outer envelope. The client wanted invitations that were attention-grabbing, vibrant and energetic, which would reflect their festivities for that night.

Young & Healthy is a non-profit organization that provides access to high-quality health care for uninsured and underserved children and families in the greater Pasadena area. This coming January they are hosting a huge fund-raising event at the Rose Bowl and Megan was contacted to design the event's theme (Nostalgic All-Americana) to coincide with their event name "Team of Champions". Letterhead, envelopes and buck slips were designed and produced by us.
